A master-planned Industrial Park, owned by the City of La Junta, is located three miles north of La Junta on Highway 109. The park is a pleasant mixture of industrial, recreational and transportation enterprises. The Industrial Park has both air and highway access.

The Industrial Park offers a variety of recreational resources. The center of the Park is a challenging nine-hole golf course. La Junta Raceway attracts racing enthusiasts from throughout the nation for regional and national races of the Sports Car Club of America. At the entrance to the Park is the rodeo grounds. This is the host to the annual Kids Rodeo, an immensely popular local event.
